While the packages below offer a helpful starting point, they’re never meant to limit you. Think of them as a guide—we can always work together to tailor your ceremony, mix elements, or create something entirely your own.

The Promise Package
(Legals Only)
A simple, heartfelt beginning. This package includes all the essential legal wording and paperwork, creating a quiet and meaningful moment where your marriage becomes official — pure, sincere and beautifully uncomplicated.

(Small / Micro Ceremony)
Designed for couples who believe love shines brightest in close company. A warm, romantic ceremony crafted just for you, shared with a small circle of your favourite people, filled with gentle moments and personal touches.

The Everlasting Celebration
(Large Ceremony)
A ceremony worthy of the love you’ve built together. Thoughtfully written, deeply romantic, and shared with everyone who has been part of your journey. This package brings a full, beautifully personalised celebration that feels as unforgettable as the moment itself.

Travel & Location Fees
I’m proudly based in Traralgon and love celebrating weddings across Gippsland and beyond.
Within 50km of Traralgon — No travel fee
50km to 150km from Traralgon — $100 travel fee
Beyond 150km — Available by negotiation
If your ceremony location falls outside these distances, please feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to chat through options and provide a clear quote so there are no surprises.
Marriage Certificates
All ceremony packages include a Marriage Ceremony Certificate (commonly referred to as a “party certificate” or Form 15). This certificate is a ceremonial keepsake provided on your wedding day.
The official Marriage Certificate is issued separately by Births, Deaths and Marriages after your marriage has been formally registered. This official certificate is required for legal purposes such as name changes or identification updates.
If you wish, I can assist with lodging the application for your official Marriage Certificate at the time your marriage paperwork is submitted. The fee for this service is $57.50 (correct as of November 2025) and is payable to Births, Deaths and Marriages.
Please note that processing times and delivery of the official certificate are managed directly by Births, Deaths and Marriages.
